This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 1phb ("1phb," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you," "your," "Player") who access or use the 1phb online gaming platform at 1phb.net (the "Platform").

Data Retention

1phb retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active account plus a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA obligations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR requirements.
• Gaming History: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session, for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required for ongoing dispute resolution.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent plus one (1) year after withdrawal of consent, as evidence of lawful processing.

When personal data is no longer required, 1phb will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal procedures.

Your Data Subject Rights

1phb will respond to all data subject rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with prior notice to you. There is no fee for exercising your rights, unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Children's Privacy

The 1phb Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR's age restriction for online gaming in the Philippines. 1phb does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 1phb becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will immediately close the relevant account, void all associated transactions and balances, and securely delete the personal data in question. If you believe that a minor has registered on the 1phb Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

In certain circumstances, 1phb may transfer your personal data to recipients located outside the Philippines — for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or game software suppliers operating internationally. 1phb reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or PAGCOR and NPC regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, 1phb will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the updated Policy takes effect.

The most current version of this Privacy Policy will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. Your continued use of the 1phb Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
