Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "1phb," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 1phb online gaming platform accessible at 1phb.net.
• "Platform" means the 1phb website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming services, tools, and features.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 1phb Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the 1phb Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your 1phb wallet that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 1phb that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game or event available on the 1phb Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1phb Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 1phb Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1phb. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Philippine law.

Eligibility

To register and use the 1phb Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming in the Philippines. 1phb strictly enforces this age restriction.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the Platform.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 1phb or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 1phb Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform through a self-exclusion or operator-exclusion program.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.

1phb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 1phb may result in Account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on the 1phb Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. The following rules apply to your Account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 1phb Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your Account information if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1phb login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 1phb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 1phb immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. Contact our 24/7 support team via live chat.
• Account Verification (KYC): 1phb may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys ID) and proof of address.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1phb Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 1phb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your 1phb wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) business day, subject to the processing times of the relevant bank.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within three (3) minutes, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 1phb reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Fees: 1phb does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1phb accepts no responsibility.
• Minimum and Maximum Amounts: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the 1phb cashier at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: You must not fund your 1phb Account using any payment method that does not belong to you, or through any means that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on the 1phb Platform.

Bonuses & Promotions

1phb offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the relevant bonus terms. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your Account at the end of the applicable period.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Game contribution rates are specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: 1phb reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus fraud, or violated these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that 1phb determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 1phb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already accrued to players in good standing.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 1phb Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all gaming activity on 1phb:

• Random Number Generators: All non-live games on the 1phb Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certifications are available upon request.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to the rules and procedures of those providers, in addition to these Terms.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 1phb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. 1phb's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
• Disconnection: 1phb is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnection or device failure on the player's side during a game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 1phb reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1phb Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such bugs must be reported to 1phb immediately. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a known bug will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made through your 1phb Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1phb staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1phb Platform, including but not limited to the 1phb brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 1phb or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1phb Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 1phb Platform without the prior written consent of 1phb.

Privacy & Data

1phb collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 1phb Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

1phb implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and 1phb cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

1phb may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Responsible Gaming

1phb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 1phb Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net gaming activity during your session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 1phb Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1phb's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1phb Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1phb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 1phb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1phb does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 1phb's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. 1phb will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

Termination

Termination by You: You may close your 1phb Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Termination by 1phb: 1phb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms;
• 1phb has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information;
• Continued operation of your Account would expose 1phb to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You are found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.

In the event of Account closure by 1phb for cause, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 1phb Platform, you agree to first contact 1phb's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 1phb will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

Amendments to These Terms

1phb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 1phb will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated. Your continued use of the 1phb Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
